Refund Policy

All prints in this store are made to order and produced specifically for each purchase by our print partner, Whitewall (Germany). As these items are custom-made to order, they are not eligible for return or refund once production has started, in line with standard practice for made-to-order goods.

If your print arrives damaged or with a production fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a reprint or refund.
